The author, sculptor Luboš Charvát, managed to express these thoughts and optimistic view on life on the medal. For the obverse side he chose the motif of the sun with a figure in the centre. Pointing towards the figure there are names of various activities such as travel, friends, family, etc. On the reverse side of the medal there is a horn of abundance and selected symbols of the things we can fully enjoy after retirement.
