Disney Silver Coin - Season's Greetings Classic 2019

Mickey Mouse wishes you a Merry Christmas! The colored silver coin represents not only an attractive Christmas present, but also an original collector's piece.

Walt Disney has created a number of unforgettable characters, and each of us remember at least one of them - such as Mickey Mouse, his charming girlfriend Minnie, quick-tempered Donald Duck, Goofy dog, and his loyal friend Pluto. They were especially loved by children, so it is no wonder that they have become an essential part of their favorite time of the year and that many of the popular Disney movies were in Christmas time.

Unusual rectangular coin bears a colorful illustration in retro style of old slapstick. Mickey and Minnie hang a Christmas wreath on the door. The composition is supplemented by a series of snowflakes, together with the English inscription MERRY CHRISTMAS. The obverse side then presents the attributes of the coin issuer, the island of Niue - the portrait and the name of Queen Elizabeth II, the year of the issue 2019, and the nominal value of 2 DOLLARS (NZD). The officially licensed coin was produced by the New Zealand´s Mint.

The coin was stored in a special packaging decorated with other Christmas pictures.
